It is a pleasure to write this review. I have been a customer of Columbus Energies, Inc. since they absorbed my old oil company and have never been disappointed at the service I have received. On the morning of October 16th, I discovered that my incredibly old oil tank was slowly leaking fuel oil. I immediately called Columbus Energies and left a message with their answering service. Shortly thereafter, Columbus Energies called me, I explained the issue to them, and they dispatched a technician very quickly. Eddy came fully prepared with oil drums to transfer the fuel oil into to prevent further tank leakage. He set me up with a temporary fuel feed from the fuel drum to my furnace so my family would continue to have hot water and heat. He told me to expect a call the following day to discuss oil tank replacement options. He cleaned up the area where fuel oil had dripped out and talked with me a while discussing the details of the replacement of my oil tank. He was courteous and highly knowledgeable. I hope Columbus Energies keeps Eddy around for a long time. With service like this, they have made a life-long customer out of me!

We had Columbus Energies install mini split heat pumps are our house, and we're very happy with their work! The team was very detail-oriented, professional, and communicated well. They really thought through our system design to make it work well for heating and cooling our house as well as being as aesthetically pleasing as possible with the equipment outside our house. Columbus is an approved contractor for heat pump installation in Rhode Island, so we got a nice rebate from a state program for our installation as well. We highly recommend Columbus for mini splits!

Thank you Columbus Energies! We had an older heating system in our home and each year when it was time to turn on the heat we encountered a new (fixable) issue. For 3 years running they have sent someone out quickly and resolved it for us! This season, Nick came out and with absolute professionalism and knowledge, saved us! The necessary part was located and installed in under 24 hours. After the repair and not being stuck without heat, we knew it was time to replace the system. The job is complete and from the business office to the install we are 100% satisfied and happy we went with Columbus!
