Customer Service Rep & Office Assistant

Job Description

A fast-paced, growing company is seeking an experienced, motivated customer service representative with bookkeeping knowledge. Capable of handling a high volume of customer requests in a timely manner. Able to multitask, answering phones, emails, and setting up new customers. Ability to recognize sales opportunities as they arise. Assist the company’s bookkeeper in ensuring all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner. 

Job Overview

As a CSR/Office Assistant, you will support our team while delivering top-notch service to our customers.

  • Greeting visitors and managing front desk operations with a warm and professional demeanor 
  • Answer and complete incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. 
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 
  • Utilize company software & perform data entry  
  • Assist the financial team with completing tasks and delegating work

Basic Qualifications 

  • Customer Service experience 
  • Excellent multitasker
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping practices

Preferred Qualifications 

  • High-volume customer service call center
  • Management Experience within a team atmosphere
  • Experience in monthly tax filing and reporting
  • QuickBooks experience
